Start by cooking your rice, the rule of thumb
I follow is to put the dry rice in the rice pot, then add water 1/2"
above the top of the rice (or one knuckle deep)

I like to prepare the seaweed by cutting whole
sheets in half using a paper cutter

Slice the SPAM (carfully avoiding any jumping
dogs in the kitchen)

into 8 slices (as even as possible)

After adding a tsp of sesame oil to your frypan

fry the slices of SPAM

Add a few teaspoons of shoyu (soy sauce) for some extra flavor
and cook until it's browned on both sides.
